Placing Panels: Choosing Panel Orientation & Layout
- Open the Design accordion on the design tool.
- Select your preferred panel orientation by selecting one of the following options from the first row.
- Next, select your preferred layout by selecting one of the following options from the second row.
- Click 'Fill Panels.'
If you want to adjust the orientation and / or layout of all of the panels click a different orientation from the first row, and / or a new panel layout you would like and click 'Fill Panels' again.
Adjusting Panel Orientation
Open the Edit Panel Placement accordion on the design tool (right side). When the Edit Panel Placement accordion is opened the associated icons on the design canvas will appear.
- Select the panels you would like to align by clicking on the specific panels.
- Use the horizontal or vertical alignment icons on the left sidebar to adjust their layout.
Manually Adjusting Panel Placement
- Open the Edit Panel Placement accordion on the design tool (right side). When the Edit Panel Placement accordion is opened the associated icons on the design canvas will appear.
- Select all of the panels that you would like to move by clicking on them.
- To adjust where the panel(s) are placed click the 'moving the selected panel' icon [
]. Click and hold the left button of your mousse over the selected panels and move them to your preferred location.
TIP: If multiple panels are selected, they'll move together. In order to move just one panel, make sure only that panel is selected. Selected panels will be filled out. - You can also rotate panels by selecting them and then clicking the Rotate Panel
icon in the sidebar.
Manually Adding Panels
- Open the Edit Panel Placement accordion on the design tool (right side). When the Edit Panel Placement accordion is opened the associated icons on the design canvas will appear.
- Click the 'Insert New Panel'
icon in the sidebar, then click on the canvas once for each panel you want to add.
- To move panels, select them and click the move icon
Manually Removing Panels
- Open the Edit Panel Placement accordion on the design tool (right side). When the Edit Panel Placement accordion is opened the associated icons on the design canvas will appear.
- Select all the panels you want to remove by clicking on them.
- Then click on 'deleting the selected panel'
icon to remove them.
Selecting Multiple Panels
- Open the Edit Panel Placement accordion on the design tool (right side). When the Edit Panel Placement accordion is opened the associated icons on the design canvas will appear.
To select multiple panels click and hold option on your keyboard and click and hold the left button of your mousse over the panels you would like to select.
From here, you can choose to move, rotate or delete all of the panels at once.
Deselecting Multiple Panels
1. Open the Edit Panel Placement accordion on the design tool (right side). When the Edit Panel Placement accordion is opened the associated icons on the design canvas will appear.
2. To deselect multiple panels click off of the design somewhere on the canvas.
