Yes, Company Admins can see all leads.
As a Solar Consultant can I see all of my company's leads?
Solar Consultant's can only see leads that they are the lead owner of.
What happens if a Company Admin or Solar Consultant changes the lead owner?
The new lead owner, and Company Admin will be the only ones that can view the lead and all of it's associated details.
How do I change a lead owner?
1. From the lead list page, click into a lead.
2. Scroll down to the Assigned To field, select the new Lead Owner.
3. Click 'Save'.
Can Solar Consultants use the search bar to search for a lead that they are not the lead owner of?
Only leads that that specific Solar Consultant is the owner of are searchable via the search bar for them.
What happens with leads that come in from Lead Capture?
Leads that come in through Lead Capture are automatically assigned to a Company Admin. From there, the Company Admin can assign it to any Solar Consultant that they would like.
