Once the integration is set up, the Document Signing Section will be available in the proposal.
To enable Sales Reps to start using this integration Company Admins will want to start with setting up their documents and templates. To do so, follow these steps.
1. In your SignNow account start by uploading a template or a document on the left hand side.
A pop-up will appear asking you if you would like to keep this as a document or a template. Choose the most appropriate one for your organization.
2. Once the document has been successfully uploaded to SignNow a side bar will open on the left hand side asking you to populate in the recipients.
This information will be pulled in from Aerialytic and nothing needs to be entered here.
It is however recommended that you change the recipient label name as the way you have it in SignNow is the same way it will appear in Aerialytic. For example Homeowner, Sales Rep, Manager, etc.
Once you've updated the recipient name go ahead and close the side bar.
3. From here add all of the custom fields you would like to have pre-filled from our software into your document by selecting the recipient, clicking and dragging the property field into the document and updated the title of that property field with the Aerialytic Pre-Fill Key to map it.
To map the field with the data from Aerialytic copy/paste the Aerialytic Pre-Fill Text into the Text Field title. When done, click Save & Close on the top right hand side.
To know what the Aerialytic Pre-Fill value is here is a reference of the common custom pre-fills that are used.

4. Once you've added all of the pre-fills in SignNow click 'Save and Close' on the top right hand corner of SignNow. When you click 'Save & Close' SignNow will close and you will be taken back to the proposal.
5. You and the rest of your team can now send documents and the information will automatically populate into all of the fields that you have added.
