To integrate SignNow you need to have an airSlate SignNow Developer Account with API access.
TIP: You can start with a Sandbox, but to start sending and receiving documents you need to activate a Free Trial.
Once you've setup an account follow these steps to integrate SignNow into your proposals.
- Login to your Sign Now account.
- In SignNow, on the bottom left hand corner click the API icon.
- Click on the ‘+Add App’ button on the middle of your screen. If you already have an account and other integrations set up the 'Add Application' button will be on the top right hand side.
4. Add an Application Name (ex: SunShine Solar SignNow Integration), click the 'Live Button', confirm your SIgnNow account and click 'Add'.
NOTE: If you are just getting started and want to setup the integration you can always start with 'Development' instead of 'Live'. To start sending and receiving electronic documents you'll need to click 'Live' and can set up a free trial.
- Sign into your Aerialytic account, click the gear icon on the left hand side and Integrations from the dropdown.
- Click the ‘SignNow’ container and click ‘New Integration' on the top right hand side.
- Enter a name and description for your integration.
- Go back into your SignNow account, click on the integration and copy both the ‘Client ID’ and ‘Secret Key’.
- Paste both of these values into the SignNow integration page in our software.
- Click ‘Register’, followed by ‘Grant Access to SignNow’.
- A success message will appear letting you know that your SignNow integration has now been completed.
- From here, you can also toggle on the Webhooks toggle. Doing so will synchronize document and signing statues and allow Sales Reps to see a list of all of the documents that are pending and signed in the SignNow section on the proposal.
To improve the experience for both Sales Reps and homeowners we highly recommend turning on the webhooks toggle.
Now that your integration is setup you can go ahead and prepare documents and templates for your sales reps to use.
