To program and use load profiles follow these steps:
1. Click the gear icon on the left hand side and 'Installation Settings'.
2. Scroll down to the load profile accordion.
3. Click '+New Load Profile'
4. Enter a name for your load profile, choose a location scope (North America, United States or Canada), as well as a state (if applicable).
5. Scroll down and enter the monthly kWh usage and click save.
TIP: To make it easier enter 'Set All' and adjust the months you would like to tweak.
Once saved sales reps will be able to add a load profile under the Utility Details section by selecting a load profile from the dropdown and entering the Average Usage (kWh).
NOTE: For the Load Profile to activate a sales rep needs to enter in the Average Usage (kWh) and not the Average Monthly Bill.
To edit a load profile follow these steps:
1. Click the gear icon on the left hand side and 'Installation Settings'.
2. Scroll down to the load profile accordion.
3. Select the edit icon on the right hand side of any load profile.
4. Adjust any of the parameters.
5. Click save.
