To add a custom utility rate follow the steps outlined in the below video:
NOTE: As a default, when available our software will pull in OpenEI utility rates, however we recommend selecting a custom rate as those are rates that one of your Company Admins has populated based on the most recent bills they’ve been.
If a utility rate is not available in the dropdown, you can enter it in manually and send the bill to one of your Company Admins to add into the settings. Once added it will be there for you next time and you won’t need to manually enter it in.
